Senior Team Mathematics Challenge 2011 (National Final)The Abbey College Cambridge team finished in 19th place out of the 65 teams entered in the National Final of the Senior Team Mathematics Challenge held at the Camden Centre in London on Wednesday 2 February 2011. The team scored 160 marks out of 180 over 3 rounds, gaining full marks in the final round.
Abbey College Cambridge was represented by:
Miss Le Thuy Duong (Vietnam; Upper 6th)
Tan Jiann Meng (Malaysia; Upper 6th)
Tang Yuchen (China; Lower 6th)
Ying Guanhao (China; Lower 6th)
The team qualified for the final by finishing in 2nd place out of the 25 teams entered in the Regional Final held on 11 November 2010 at the Centre for Mathematical Sciences, University of Cambridge.
The competition was sponsored by the UK Mathematics Trust and the Further Mathematics Support Programme.
