Surabhi Khanna

Surabhi has a degree in Mathematics and completed her Teacher training at Cambridge University. Her research projects have included ‘The role of diagrams and networks in Mathematics’ and ‘The importance of Value Added within the Curriculum’.

Surabhi has worked in comprehensive schools followed by international private boarding schools in the UK. Her responsibilities have included teacher training, raising standards in the classroom, and early intervention to promote improved results. Surabhi joined the Abbey College Cambridge Department of Mathematics in 2017. Since then, she has led the Abbey Inspired Events within the department, managed several Schemes of Work, encouraged mathematical participation outside of the classroom and supported the ideas of mental health supporting academic excellence.  

Surabhi enjoys singing, cycling, crafts and golf. She is also an examiner for Edexcel Further Maths A Level.
