University Offers Summary 2025

The deadline for year 13 students in the UK to make their final firm and insurance university choices to UCAS passed on the 5th June.
2025 has been another year of high-quality university offers for Abbey College Cambridge students, with a total cohort of 160 Year 13 students across our A-Level and International Foundation Programme courses secureing more than 800 university offers through UCAS in total.
Over a third of our 2025 A Level cohort of students received at least one offer from an elite G5 university (The Universities of Oxford and Cambridge, Imperial College London, University College London, and the London School of Economics and Political Sciences).
An impressive 92% of A Level students and 75% of our International Foundation Programme students have achieved at least one offer to a prestigious Russell Group University.
Across both programmes, nearly a a third of the offers received were for top-20 ranked UK universities, with nearly 50% of total offers for Russell Group Universities.
Abbey College Cambridge Vice Principal Academic Andrew Humphris commented on the 2025 offer holders;
‘It’s great to see our students once again secure a wide range of offers for competitive university courses around the country, including at many of the top 10 and top 20 ranked UK institutions. Their success is a credit both to their hard work, and to the exceptional university application support provided through our teachers and staff through the Pre-Degree Diploma and elite university prepartion programmes. This also come son top of the incredible success of our Medicine Preparation Programme students, have each secured multiple offers to top medical schools.’
Although the UCAS offers cycle is now complete for 2025, many of our students are still receiving offers from universities and outside of the UCAS application process.
