🍄 Mushroom Tasting Takeover! 🍄
Today’s lunchtime walkway was transformed into a mushroom‑themed tasting table — giving our students and staff the chance to explore the incredible flavours (and benefits!) of mushrooms. 🌱✨
The Catering Team were shining a light on the nutritional power of mushrooms, including their vitamins, antioxidants, and immune‑supporting properties — a delicious way to learn something new!
On the menu today:
✨ Shiitake mushroom & miso soup
✨ Mushroom pâté crostini
✨ Mushroom arancini
✨ A selection of pickled mushrooms
