Abbey College Cambridge GCSE Student Ola Johnson

We would like to congratulate Olaonipekun (Ola) Johnson, who is Abbey College Cambridge’s Student of the Week. Ola was nominated by Nigel Tattersfield for her excellent poem which is being entered into the Foyle’s Young Poet of the Year. What a fantastic achievement, well done to Ola and thank you to Nigel for the nomination.

September 2026 Scholarships

We are now accepting applications from local students for September 2026 entry scholarships at Abbey College Cambridge.

Abbey College Cambridge Scholarships Open

Generous scholarships are available for local students — for 13+ entry (Year 9), awards may be up to 100% of tuition fees. For  Year 12 entry there are scholarships offering up to a 20% discount.

Our scholarships recognise academic ability, critical thinking, teamwork and community contribution and are awarded based on performance at our assessment day on 29th January.
