Student of the Week – Monique Mey

Congratulations to our Abbey College Cambridge Student of the Week Monique Mey from Cambodia. Monique was nominated by our Head of Humanities Alison MacDonald, here is an extract from her nomination:

‘Monique has completed an incredible amount of detailed work in both History and Politics despite studying both AS and A2 Politics in one year. She has gone out of her way to find out extra information about American politics and has used this to help the rest of the class. She has independently researched historiography for her History coursework and made some enlightening points in lessons. She is always enthusiastic and positive and willing to help her peers.’
