Abbey College Cambridge’s Exceptional A Level Success

Abbey College Cambridge is celebrating the successes of its high-achieving students today (15 August), as exceptional A Level results are secured.
The diligent cohort obtained their results from the top-performing boarding college based in the heart of Cambridge, where 50% of all A Level examinations taken received the top grades of A* and A, substantially above the national average of 27.6%, 76% were graded A* – B and a significant 90% were graded A* – C.
Success was seen across the subject board; in Politics and Psychology, a remarkable 100% of students secured A* to B grades, while in Business, Economics, Fine Art, Geography and Maths 80% of results attained were A* – B.
Notably, Abbey College Cambridge is celebrating decades of continuing Oxbridge success with multiple much-coveted places secured at the duo of prestigious universities, to study subjects including History, Earth Sciences and Engineering
This year, the leading college has also seen a record number of offers for highly competitive medicine and dentistry degrees, with ten students collectively receiving an impressive total of 25 offers.
Following their accomplishments, Abbey College Cambridge students will now progress to some of the world’s best universities, with a quarter of the Class of 2024 joining an elite G5 university: the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, Imperial College London, the London School of Economics (LSE) and University College London (UCL).
