Abbey Cambridge tops two national A-Level league tables

We’re very pleased to announce the Abbey College Cambridge has ranked highly in two of the latest national school league tables.

The college ranked came 28th in the prestigious Telegraph national A-Level results table. Placing the college amongst the country’s elite schools, but also as one of the very best non-selective colleges for international students

Abbey College Cambridge ranked 7th out of more than 4,000 schools and colleges in England, for student’s A-Level progress by the UK Government school comparison service.

The figures show how much progress students who studied A-Levels at Abbey College Cambridge made between the end of key stage 4 and the end of their A-Level studies, compared to similar students across England. The scores are calculated by comparing the A-level results of students at this school or college with the A level results of students in schools and colleges across England who started with similar results at the end of the previous key stage – key stage 4.

Abbey Cambridge received a core of 1.76 which was ‘well above the national average’ ,placing it in the top 5% of schools or colleges surveyed.
