Students Celebrate Outstanding IFP Results and Progression to Top UK Universities

29th June 26

We are delighted to celebrate another year of exceptional results from our International Foundation Programme (IFP) students, whose hard work, resilience and determination have led to outstanding academic success.

This year’s cohort achieved an impressive overall average grade of 74%, with a third of students achieving a grade of 85% or above.  There was particularly strong performances across all pathways:

  • Biomedical Science: 77%
  • Business: 74%
  • Engineering: 70%

These outstanding results are a testament to our students’ commitment, resilience and ambition, as well as the dedication of our exceptional teaching staff and the strength of our International Foundation Programme. We are delighted that our graduates are now progressing to some of the UK’s most prestigious universities, including King’s College London, the University of Bristol, the University of Edinburgh, the University of Bath, and University of the Arts London, among many others and are ready to begin the next stage of their academic journey.

Among the standout performers is Rain, who achieved an exceptional 91% overall and plans to progress to the University of Manchester to study Management.

Reflecting on his experience, Rain said:

“Choosing the IFP pathway was one of the best decisions I made. The course content and assessment style suited me much better than A Levels. At first, I was worried that I might struggle, especially with Maths and Economics, but my teachers provided excellent support. They gave me extra help whenever I needed it, which really helped me build my confidence and understand the material.”

Ellen Hesse, Principal’s message:

“These outstanding results reflect the determination, resilience and ambition of our students, together with exceptional commitment of our academic staff. It also highlights the importance of selecting the most appropriate academic pathway for Year 13 studies. The choice between the IFP and A Levels is based on each student’s preferred learning style, individual assessment outcomes, and the expert guidance provided by our staff during Year 12, ensuring that every student is well placed to achieve their full potential. Achieving an overall average of 74% is a remarkable accomplishment. We are incredibly proud to see our students progressing to top UK universities, and we wish them every success as they begin this exciting new chapter. Congratulations to every student on this well-deserved achievement.”

Congratulations to all of our IFP students on their fantastic results. We look forward to following your continued success at university and beyond.
